Meet the Team

Adele Bridgeman - Founder

Adele had a vision to build the Responsible Resourcing Agency, where her first-hand experiences of modern day recruitment challenges and lack of representation within the industry could be solved. Her desire is to help level the playing field by championing a total approach: total diversity, total inclusion, total equity and total accessibility.

Adele brings a wealth of global and local experience as a recruiter and talent acquisition professional working within a range of media, marketing, logistics and publishing businesses. Having held senior roles within LADbible Group, The Marketing Store and GroupM, as well as volunteer roles within the leading Women’s network, Bloom, and being part of communities such as MEFA (Media For All), Black Recruiters Connect and Black Create Connect, Adele is driven by her passion for this space and curiosity to change the way things are done.

Hannah Mirza - Advisor

With 20+ year’s experience in media and digital marketing including agency, publisher and client-side roles, Hannah runs our sister company the Responsible Marketing Agency and supports as a Founder and Advisor to Responsible Resourcing Agency.  Previously she held global leadership roles at Isobar, Mindshare and Mediacom and has had the opportunity to work across a huge FTSE 100 client portfolio. She has led pro bono work for UN Women and plays a leadership role as Vice President for the Bloom Network. Her subject matter expertise spans search, commerce, social, mobile, programmatic, digital transformation, media & connections planning. Priding herself as a problem solver she loves to help clients thrive in unchartered, complex, and ambitious opportunities for business growth.
